The conditions of the contract are set forth in the Waiver of Liability, and will restrict your ability to seek compensation from OEI-Koteewi Run Seasonal Slopes. The Waiver Form requires acknowledgement when you book your tickets, and is included in confirmation and reminder correspondence as well as signage in various locations at Koteewi Run.
